Management is unresponsive to requests for repairs to the HVAC and printouts of my account. They don't test their alleged repairs. I had a locked bicycle stolen from the patio. Entrance and exit gates are ofter broken. When not broken, cars which haven't been buzzed in or have no opener, just wait for someone behind them to open the gates. Tenant above me looked a dog out on the patio overnight and dog barked all night. Management did nothing. Dog owners let their dogs poop anywhere and don't clean up. Often very noisy. Postal workers at Richland Station are rude and ignorant.

I must live around the corner from you... that poor dog barked all night. Someone should have listened to the dog more than their owners since apparently those people are idiots.
