I have lived at this community for three years. The first year went by pretty fast and it was ok, no serious problems. I even received a 25.00 gift certificate for renewing my lease, which came in handy. The second year seem to be a little different. I wasn't aware that this property houses college students from the Art Institute. I started to feel as if I was back in college living in a dorm. Noise was crazy, kids hanging out til wee hours of the morning. I even had a kid set up his film equipment in front of my door and told me he would only be a few minutes. Making complaints in the office didn't help, because Amber the manager only said "ok, I will look into that" but nothing was ever done. They are still rowdy kids. They have become ridiculous with their notices. I was short 3 cents on my water bill and I received 2 or 3 notices a week requesting payment. When I called to question the 3 cents, they didn't want cash, it had to be money order or cashier's check..Come on! How ridiculous is that. So, as you can see. I will be moving once the lease is up. I can't take the petty notices and the AI students.
