I would never reccomend this apartment complex.

I will start off with the fact that the staff that works in the front office are quite rude and snobby. I did not get to the door in time to recieve my package from the UPS. Therefor the UPS gave it to the front office, when I went to retrive it, the front office gave me the package they "never recieved" from months before. When I asked them to look for the mail I was supposed to be getting she insisted that there wasn't anything there. Which made absolutely no sence.

Secondly, recently they've told us we're not allowed to put things that are "untasteful" (in their opinion) on our balcony. I had a very comfy set up on my balcony, and worked hard on making it simple and peaceful. I was told that it was tastless, and not aesthetically pleasing. THey would also charge me a $25 dollar fine and remove my furniture forcefully if I didn't do it myself.

Additionally, I was off by one whole dollar and ten cents on my rent/water bill. They sent me a notice telling me I had to get a dollar and twenty five cents cashier's check or money order and that if it happened again there was a chance they could take me to court or evict me. This, almost in a sence, felt like harassment.

The parking is hideous, there is animal feces everywhere, most of the staff is snobby, and the crime rate is unbelievable. We've had a shooting and a few other serious problems such as a personal friend of mine getting "mugged" on the way to her car. The gates are almost always broken and I never feel safe.

The apartments are nice and well kept, and I will give it to them that maitenence (if the problem is small) gets here pretty quick when it comes to emergencies.
