Terrible Bookkeeping

The Falls has horrible books and they never know what is going on.
Half the time we get a notice saying we owe money they have no idea where it came from.
When a previous roommate and i had a washer and dryer i called in the last week in August to tell them to pick it up. They didn't pick it up until th second week in September and tried to bill me all the way into October. Then they ended up charging me for the week i had it because they were late.
I just moved into a new apartment and had been there a sum total of two months when i got a notice that we (my roomie and i) owed 200 dollars for covered parking a washer and dryer. We didn't use covered parking and we had no washer and dryer. They just seaid it wa a mistake.
They are ignorant and inexcusably rude.
Fear Them.
