I moved in a year ago on a great nove in special and have never had any problems to speak of. Maintenance is prompt and professional and the office is always courteous and helpful. I pay my rent on time, live a quiet life, and no one bothers me. I read some of the previous complaints and honestly believe that you reap what you sow. I say this because I have no problems at The Falls.

Seriously? I moved into this apartment as a non-traditional student at the age of 30. I worked full time and went to school full time. I didn't bother anyone... and I was one of the people who posted complaints. This place could not be any worse.
