i have lived at the falls for 8 months now and my lease is about to be up. THANK GOD. these apartments are ridiculous. heaven forbid you have a maintenance emergency. give them about 3 hours to get over there. the lady upstairs from me let her bathtub run over and it came down through the walls and vents and flooded my roomate's bathroom and our kitchen and our hallway. took maintenance aboout 3 hours to get there while we were left to stop the running water with buckets. they FINALLY came and did nothing. he looked at it and said he would be back with his tools in about an hour to get the water up. he never came back. we had to call the office the next day and force someone to come over there and fix it. stupid.
the noise is ridiculous and there "security guard" is a joke. i dont know how many times i have driven by and he is parked in the truck asleep. and where was he when my neighbors had their apartment broken into twice and had numerous things stolen' he once made a special trip out of his truck to come over to the car where me and my boyfriend were talking before he had to go home, and tell us we couldent sit in the car because it was a "security risk." what a load of crap.
the office is always short staffed and they can never give you any answers. and get ready for UNGODLY late fees. you will get them. dont get me started on the gates. ALWAYS BROKEN!!!!!
the apartments are nice, but the surroundings and staff are complete idiots.
