Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
In the beginning the rent was a good deal.They raised the rent $175.00 in 3 years. The bookkeeping here is a nightmare, everytime I would sign a new lease I would receive notices on my door that I owed money and late charges. The first year I lived here, they never even sent me a renewal notice and when the lease was up they started putting notices on my door. Then I found out from a girlfriend of mine who lives two floors directly below me, that she was paying $200 less than I was!! And I am on the 3rd Floor! Same exact apt! The police are here constantly! The security guards are never are around when you need them. Stay away....stay far away!!!!
