I lived here for 2 yrs with no problems and very cheap rent. Into the third year of my lease I had my car broken into, my home broken into and a guest harrased in the parking lot. Not mention the cable was being stolen and I had to pay $150 for adult movies that someone else watched between noon and 4pm... while I was at work! I had 4 months left on my lease and broke it when I moved in June last year.
I did not feel safe here and would not leave my apartment while it was dark outside. It was very noisy and the majority of the other tennants did not care. The place was always trashy and unkept.
Not a good place to be. Keep watching COPS... one day you'll get a good look at the property and residents with out having to visit.
