I have been at here for 1 month and so far I am very impressed. I have put 2 work orders into the office and had responses the very next day. I initially had a problem with noise from the person upstairs and it was also taken care of ASAP. The place seems very clean, and to the person with Roaches, perhaps you brought them with you or lived next to a messy person. I have not had a bug problem. I love being in a central location in an upscale complex. I'm not an employee of the Complex so get a life if you are the person that has said that after every good comment. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Just wait until the person next door to you mysteriously winds up dead and no one knows it until they start smelling. Watch out for the un-armed security guards, while the resident drug dealers have semis. Watch out for the monthly fires in the dumpsters burning drug paraphernalia. Don't grow any sort of greenery on your patio, because if its not bright colorful flowers they will send you nasty notes telling you that they are going to charge you for removal of dead plants. God forbid don't grow an herb garden. Just wait for someone to send you a package and the management signs for the package, throws it into the bottomless pit of a closet and NEVER bother to tell you its there. Just wait for the mailrooms to flood & all your mail be drenched. Just wait until the day you walk out to a flat tire & management starts screaming at you because you are doing "car repairs" instead of spending money to have it TOWED. Just wait until you have to call the management company's headquarters out of state to get your refund and then they misspell your name so on the check so that you can't cash it.

let me say I lived here and stolenolive could not have said it better. A person got shot outside my apt when I lived here, a girl was found dead after rotting for a month in her apartment. My apartment flooded from the apartment above me and even after five work-orders nothing was done. They gave us an eviction notice because they credited our rent check to the wrong apartment, and never apologized when they determined it was a mistake on their part. My mail would get stolen and the gym was constantly being vandalized. May be the place has improved but dont praise these people till you've lived there at least a year. Thanks stolenolive! I know of 2 people last year (during my 2month stay)that were attacked in the parking lot beaten up and robbed. I stayed there less than 2 mths.............not safe at all and maintenance like security is a joke.
