I was impressed when I moved in about a year ago. The Courtesy patrol made very frequent rounds, and they would often stop and watch my girlfriend make it to her apartment safely when she arrived home from work at very late hours.
Last night our car was broken into... our neighbors played very loud music with amps... and getting a hold of the courtesy patrol was next to impossible. Over two hours. In fact, the last time I see the courtesy patrol they were parked and flirting with a resident for hours.
