Hello,
I have been experiencing A/C issues since move-in on June 27th. Although other maintenance employees (Casey & Tony) responded to my request, it was Flip that solved my issue. I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Flip for his sincere time and attention to resolving this issue because it is impossible to live in Texas during the summer without adequate cooling!!
