I've lived in the Falls at Highpoint since September 2008, and I haven't noticed anything that isn't in any other neighborhood or apartments. The people in the office have been nothing but nice, and I have been down there several times for small/minor maintenance requests. Like I told them everything looks nice in the apartment but it's real cheap that's why I've had so many maintenance requests, but they've come and fixed them all...everytime. There are a lot of young people/teenagers, however it is what it is. The neighbors I've seen have been nice, I haven't had any problems with roaches or ants in my particular building. Overall, I like it, the price is a little high I think. However, I think I'll be sticking around for a while.
