Yes, just like the review previous there was a murder. Yes, it was in a building very close to my apt. My lease ends the end of October. I wanted to break it and not pay for october and they would not budge. At least once a month police will come in with drug dogs and search the parking lot. Its trash, do not move here.

Your life is more important than cheap rent! New residents are getting the cheap rent while residents that have been here for years pay extremely high rent we pay $950.00 for a two bedroom and have been here for four years. I called the office with concerns and they told me to calm down and hung up on me! I am breaking my lease and we are moving next week! People walk around 'ALL NIGHT" This complex is now worst than the Reflections next door!!! RUN RUN RUN! Don't let them fool you please BEWARE!!

I was going to get an attorney but since my rent is up 10/31 I figured I would just pay my $612 rent and be done with them. Now if I still had 6mths left then I would fight it. I actually live on the same floor the murder happened. Bout 80ft door to door. Crazy ----. The girl that got murdered was not ghetto but I would say 85% of the tenants are.
