The murder that just happened on Sept 11 was not random it was done by a girl's boyfriend that went to AIT (http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/news/localnews/stories/DN-artstudent_19met.ART0.State.Edition1.4ba5888.html'ocp=3#slcgm_comments_anchor).
These are ok apts considering they are located in Dallas and they are 1 block away from Forest Lane. Honestly, you arent going to find ANY good apts in Dallas at all unless you want to pay $800 for a one bedroom. The prices are pretty good here and there is a diverse population. You will find AIT students & drug dealers all in the same place.
You can move in the apts that were just built next door "The District" and pay $700 a month for a 1 bedroom and be in the same neighborhood. So you choose!
My problem is the lack of visitor parking and then they want to tow everyone!
The office staff is nice depending on who you deal with, the new people usually have a bad attitude but you just have to talk to the right person.
I searched all over dallas for something that is decent and affordable and this is the best I could find!

The office staff may be polite but that doesn't make up for the fact that they are horrible at their jobs. There are MUCH better places to be found in dallas and in my opinion it is worth the extra money if you are going to lose the stress.-

NO! This is NOT the Best you can find! It's your money why settle for less! These apartments suck! If it's not a murder it's a shooting, if it's not a shooting it's somebody breaking into your apartment! If it's not that than it's your car being broken into! Me and my family are moving out today!

I think this person had a little to much to drink before sitting down to write his/her review or maybe its one of the people who work in the office. This place sucked when I was there in 07 and it sucks more in 09...
