..just SOME of the words I would use to describe 'The Falls at High Point'. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! If you want to live in the ghetto, where you feel like your also living in a college dorm..Go Right Ahead. I can't tell you how many times I heard very loud domestic disputes and loud cursing and loud music, just outside my window. I've seen the police here MANY times. I just heard the apartment will no longer be the official housing for AI students but uh sorry..too little too late. That doesn't take away the fact that they let any section 8 looking person live here, I've seen several drug deals take place just in the parking lot, the courtesy patrol is a effin joke! They dont even have a car, they just walk around on foot...so if someone is getting killed on 1 side of these massive apartments, the courtesy patrol would have to literally 'sprint' to the other side. Which brings me to my next point, yes the reviews below are TRUE, a girl was KILLED here. Granted, it was unrelated to the property mgmt BUT is that the type of place you would want to live'' Knowing a person was murdered here' The weightroom was vandalized, a neighbor of mine had her tires slashed---she believes it was a student. Cars get towed FREQUENTLY..because there is hardly any visitor parking. Another neighbors car got towed from a covered parking spot and get this..HE PAYS FOR IT. A disgruntled neighbor was able to call a tow truck company and get it towed, just out of spite. Also, roaches and ants will be in your apartment, regardless of how clean you keep it. The staff = dumb and rude. They seem to have high school educations--I dont even think they live on the property! In conclusion, if I haven't stressed my point enough DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER LIVE AT THE FALLS AT GUN-POINT. Unless you're a murderer/drug dealer & user/alcoholic. I'll leave one positive note: they painted the outside during the term of my lease, so I guess that was nice lol (3 stars for appearance) Moving out the end of this month!

I admit I haven't lived in these apartments for long(3 months-ish), but I'm happy with the place so far, as is my friend that lives by the office. In 5 years, FIVE YEARS, of course bad stuff is going to happen when you have so many people in a small area. Now I'm not sayin this place is Willow Bend or anything, but I would grade this place "exceeds expectations" so far.

just wait... that's what we all said in the beginning too... and, your expectations are to find corpses and get robbed within 5 years??!?! way to reach for those stars, tiger...
