I have lived in these apartments for over 6 years and have watched them go straight downhill. Primarily due to management. The apts. have been sold 2 or 3 times since I have been there- usually each buyer is a little worse than the last. The last sale was 01/04 and this buyer does seem to be trying, but a lot of things are wrong by now.
There have been management teams in the past that rented to anyone and we have had a terrific turn over rate as well as the worst neighbors I have ever been associated with. The language and behavior in the parking lot spills over into everyones life and it has been a nightmare. I was very stupid when I last renewed my lease as for a month everyone around me had moved and it was quite, wouldn't you know as soon as I renewed for a year I had the worst of all neighbors possible move in around me. It is nothing to be awakened two, three and even more times a night by fights, cursing, partying and just plain rudeness on the tenants part. The overall spirit of the tenants in these apartments is appalling. I have had people walk in my apartment for no reason- then curse me on the way out, my car has been hit more than once and I have had children curse me and use language I would not of thought possible until I heard them for myself.
I guess what I am saying is the standards for Sedona Creek Apartments are as low as I have ever experienced.
I hope this helps anyone who reads it as I definitely would advise living somewhere else unless you like this sort of lifestyle.
