I've lived at farm & ranch lofts for close to a year and really enjoy living here. I would've definitely renewed my lease had I not accepted a job in Houston. My loft is small, but the rent is great and I didn't have to pay a pet deposit for my cat! That's almost unheard of. Very cool urban loft and building, though the elevator is slow (only 3 floors though so not a big prob).

I have always felt very safe here, though it is in Deep Ellum. It's a couple of blocks past the bars and clubs so the crowds have never been an issue, though getting home late on the weekends involves going around all the traffic to avoid it. Controlled access parking w/ assigned space is great and this is the only place I've ever lived where the gate is working 99% of the time.

Have never had any problems w/ management and they are very friendly, though I did have to place a few work orders when I moved in. Overall I highly recommend living here if you're tired of the conventional Dallas garden style apt and want a more urban feel. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
