I have lived here for 1 year and am moving due to work.

The maintainence staff is sharp and ALWAYS quick to fix whatever problem you might have. Not only are they friendly, but they respond to phone calls in a timely manner. They keep an eye out for the property and ensure that it is clean and presentable. The trash is picked up 3X a week right at your door! 5 STARS

The front office has been consistent in the year that I have lived here. They do not constantly have a turn-over of people. It is a small office of around 2 people that are in charge of 3 properties (Farm & Ranch, Murray, Continental BLDGS). All in all, the front office has impressed me beyond my expectations.

The property itself is always presentable and groomed. There are two grassy areas for pets that have baggies and trash cans available for pet waste. 90% of the time the residents pick up after their pets, so it pretty much always clean. The parking lot is fenced off and attached to the loft building, which makes the area secure to an extent. (It is only a fence, and this is Deep Ellum remember) I have NEVER had a problem, though I have heard of vehicles getting broken into that parked in front of the building on the city street. The elevator is old and sometimes doesn't work. This building only being 3 floors, it is not really an issue. There is a freight elevator available, but you have to ensure the gate is closed on it and call (push the button)the elevater from the floor that you want it to go to. Ask the front office!

All in all, I am sad to leave this property. The residents are all very friendly and in their late 20's to mid 30's. The community is very pet friendly, especially with great danes (2 in our building). The building is older so there are no washer and dryer connections in the building, however there is a laundry room downstairs that is great!

Only complaint The postmaster assigned to deliver mail to this property still insists on putting the previous residents mail in my mailbox. I have called and filed complaints against the mailman 5 times already, and I still get bulk mail.

Also...the units in this building go quick. When I put my notice in the front office, it was leased within days!
