Amazing Property with Great Staff and Maintenance! Highly Recommend!

I've been living here for about 3 months now and have nothing but great things to say about these lofts! I have lived all over the country and can honestly say that this property has the BEST maintenance, the kindest and most professional front office staff who seem to actually care about their residents and is in a great location!
First of all, you don't see high turn-over in the front office. I was looking at this property a few months before I actually went into the front office to look at a loft. Misty is outstanding! She is so very kind, cheerful, professional, courteous, prompt in returning any phone calls and goes above and beyond for her residents. This woman should be running the place because in this day and age you NEVER see this kind of service any longer! I had some issues with noisy neighbors and Misty was right on the situation and took care of everything immediately. She keeps her cool when the office is busy and makes sure to go out of her way to make her residents feel welcomed and "heard."
Secondly, the maintenance team is outstanding. I've never seen maintenance issues resolved so quickly in my life! Again, I have lived all around the country, so I have a lot to compare this place to. They pick up the trash 3X a week at your door, keep the place spotless and the grounds beautiful. I had a couple of maintenance issues upon move-in and they were handled that SAME DAY! Again, even though it was coming up on a weekend, Misty made sure to have the maintenance team take care of any issues immediately - and they did.
Finally, the lofts are all very unique and amazing. Great big windows to let in that cool breeze in the spring and having a gated parking spot is keen for downtown Dallas, especially in Deep Ellum. Cool cement floors, HUGE ceilings, garden tubs and lots of cool "gallery" lighting. There are some large dogs on property, but everyone cleans up after their pets and respects the grounds enough to keep it nice for us who don't have our animal companions with us.
It's really great to live so close to the downtown Dallas area and next to Fair Park. A lot of bars/restaurants are trying to revive Deep Ellum again, so there are some cool places to hang out at night and some great mom and pop restaurants to try within walking distance. Also, Baylor hospital is only a few blocks away.
Other great bonuses of this property is the size (small), the cool monthly happy hours, ample front parking spaces for guests, the personal touches that you get from the front office (like a phone call when you receive flowers) and access to the swimming pool across the street. There aren't any washer dryer connections, but the property is small enough with a great laundry room that this really isn't an issue.
All in all, I feel very lucky to have found such a great place. I'm extremely happy here and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the vibe of living in a very urban setting that is far enough from downtown to not be too noisy, but close enough to enjoy the downtown Dallas nightlife!
