I just moved into Fawn Ridge and I'm completely satisfied. Not only is the rent very reasonable, but they have all new staff and management. They have emptied the apts of all the crime it used to have. The building are nearly un-occupied because they've evicted all tenants that abuse the buildings. We're one of the two families in our building so far.
Also, they have begun to rent to alumni from the nearby Bible college, so there has been a huge turn around here. I love it.
There are a couple things that have needed to be fixed in our apts, and the maintenance staff took care of it within a couple days, no waiting around for help.
If you're looking for reasonably priced apts, come check them out. You will see the state of the building when you take a tour.
OH did I mention ALL BILLS PAID! It's amazing, we even get basic cable for free.
