love-hate issue

I loved the area, it was nice and relax. Apartment complex was kept clean, assistant manager Deborah was very helpful but the manager was horrible. First I applied in Feb. 2008 and paid my deposit. I didn't get an apartment until May 2008. The second day at my new apartment we didn't have hot water, stove problem, no closet racks, water leaking in the restroom in the master bedroom. I told the manager the second day. A month later AC started leaking water but manager didn't get things fix. When I left in Oct. 2008 things were still broken.
