Out of the local apartments this is the best option I found for the dollar. It was aged considerablly and is reflected among the appliances, carpet, and drywall. Everything was professionally maintained and responded to in a fair amount of time. My only complaint is to write everything down that is wrong with the unit before hand. They love to keep any penny they can from your deposits. If you fail to mention something broken , they will consider it damaged during your stay.
