I just moved in and checked the place out thoroughly before moving here. My son is a dallas police officer and checked the police reports for this address. There hasn't been any (knock on wood)activity. I feel 100% comfortable. Because Im a medical employee I even get 5% off of my rent. $50 increase ya right.

Well if you did check the police reports you would find that it has had several car windows broken out in the street. You just moved in, Give it a month or two!
