Well I did my homework on this complex and if you like not having anything updated or modern, than this is the place for you. They don't even offer a microwave in the units, Have you ever heard of such a thing' I personally don't want to live in a property that was built in 1964 and just has a coat of paint over the existing problems. Poor door jams, windows that leak all the cool air out and HUGE electric bills. If you like throwing money away on high electric bills and overpriced rent, without all the things that all complexes offer, you will love this place. Parking lot is a nightmare and the back gate is even worse. If I'm going to spend up to a 1,000 dollars a month for rent, I think I should get alot more for my money. They will greet you with a smile and make you feel like your the most important person on the property, but that's just a front, the office says they are open until 5:30 everyday, but the manager leaves at 5 or 10 minutes before and never is there when I get off of work to try an resolve an issue I have, My air conditioner constantly leaks in the hallway, getting water all over my carpet and ruining my nice area rugs. That's because their systems are so out of date. Just ask some of the neighbors, they will tell you! I don't feel safe because anyone can walk onto the property as well as get the code to the gate and just follow someone in.... and they do, trust me!!! Run as far away as you can, I would suggest living accross the street at Camden Glen Lakes, Much Nicer and less expensive, plus they have a workout room, microwaves, a great management company and all the bells and whistles, not too mention they have SECURITY!!!!
