Do not rent here.... Management is horrible.... Parking is horrible... Expect to have scratches and dents no matter what you drive.. The paking spots are so small that I have had to crack open my door, roll the window down, and climb in the through the window... The vehicle next to me wasnt even on the line. The new manager said that she was going to do something about the parking when she took over in december. She has done nothing. There are only one bedrooms here and yet families of 3, 4, or 5 live here. The only thing that has changed since Rosalla Garcia has taken over as landlord is a lot of new office furniture and computers. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move.... Don't make the mistake that I did moving here. If you do, do not have a nice car or buy one while you live here, because you will get a lot of damage to it.

I am not happy with new management. Parking is worse on the side where the spaces arent slanted. The spaces where it says compact cars, there are a bunch of big trucks and vans and suburbans. So with the big verhicles parking there your car is bound to get dents and no space to get into your own car because their vehicles hang over the lines. There are a lot of large families that live here. And yet we only have one bedroom and efficiency apts. Isnt there a limit as to how may can live in a one bedroom apt? New management is not friendly. The only good thing about these apts is the maintenance man. Very friendly and honest guy. Hope they never get rid of him.
