Overall, not bad if it's the only available apt. in Dallas.

When they say they have a security gate... that means they do but it never works. I think out of the 19 months that I lived there it worked for 3. Money hungry... so you can pretty much kiss that deposit goodbye. The current manager is the worlds biggest bi*ch. My advice to anyone considering moving into these aparts is don't. But if you don't have much of a choice read the contract carefully. Give 30 day notice before you move out, advoid the manager, make payments on time, park your car right for it will be towed, and what ever you do not go in there complaining if your car gets towed.

i am glad that i got a chance to read these reviews. i was planning on moving into these apartments with my baby, but now i am not. i thought these were some nice apartments. i guess thay are not.
