If you don't mind gunshots every night and a napoleonic apartment staff, then this is the place for you. There is possibly a prostitute working out of the nearby dumpster, but they could just be mistaken for all the other people who seem to frequent the inside of the dumpster. Security has only been spotted during the day. I'm alittle concerned with the huge families living in the small one-bedrooms. I love the apartment itself - it's cozy and decently taken care of. The fawlty plumbing and kitchenware is another story though. You really should have a very pissed off rotweiler or two to live here and actually feel safe.

I have to put this in here though- my husband says the apartment staff is "nuttier than squirrel turds."

The apartment community in question is a great one! I formerly lived at Greens Crossing and had nothing but bad experiences with the staff and residents. (now Greens Crossing has an armed guard at each gate) Not that it does any good because the profile of residents is awful. Since my move to The Fountains of Woodmeadow I've had nothing but great comments about the community and the office personnel. I have recommended my friends and co=workers to move to The Fountains and will continue to do so.

i have actually tried to rent here before but did not for the fact in the short time between deposit and lease i got majorly ill. I am looking to move her now. I have spoken to the office staff a few times and they seem wonderful. I love the price as well. i hope when I go to look at them next week i am as pleased as i was before!
