Foxmoor Apartments

As a single MALE, it's not too bad. I wouldn't suggest FEMALES going solo here. By semi-getto, I mean it's definatly lower income people, but there are alot of Hispanic....REAL ---------, which is really not that bad, they tend to be very family orientated, and don't mess with what's not theirs, personally, I like them. The thing I hate the most is, that you can't really get to know your neighbor unless your bi-lingual.
The office personnel is pretty decent. They come across as not being very on-top of things....but if your in a jam and might be a little late on rent...they're pretty decent about it.
As far as children, they pretty much run wild! Often you have 6-7 children between the ages of 5-13 swimming without adult suppervision.
Oh yeah, PARKING is TOTAL BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With what seems like 4 or 5 families living in 1 apt (quietly, and family oriented of course) they have got to have at least 5 cars!!!! According to the office, there is an alotment of 2 spaces per apartment, which is fair and resonable, IF IT HAPPENED!!!!! If your not home by 7:30-8:00pm, you're parking on the other side of the complex!!!!!!!!!
I could keep on about pros and cons. Across 75 there is the Authentic Getto! Sometimes they stray over here and steal a stereo or 2....I just don't drive in and have my system turned up all the way, I figure if I advertise I have a Super Stereo...the forces that be, will TAKE it, it's really more common sense.
Overall, it not a place for someone expecting the BEST, but I have made my apt look pretty good, the floor plan is great and works well for my needs. If you're "finacially challenged" for whatever reason...it's not the bottom of the bucket, but if you can afford something else, and want access to your apt, along with controlled kids, and a little more "criminal security"...go somewhere else. I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
