I got disappointed when I moved into Foxmoor after it was recommended to me by my friend..Talk about roaches , it is just unbeleivable that the roach infestation cannot be controlled...they inform you 24 hours b4 spraying, and you get a 50 buck fine for not complying..How on earh can I empty my cabinets in less than 24hr notice'... Don't mention the quality of air in the apartments, the filters are supposed to be changed every month, guess what they are changed every 6 months! the air ducts are never cleaned at least for mine, since I moved into my appartmment, I have called the office several times but to no avail....I may be suing for polluted and unclean air if nothing is done, and this should apply to everyone in the appartments...
Talk about their staff, not smart and on top of things but like the previous writer stated, very quick to collect rent money when due...
My floor isn't cool, some of the tiles are off and shake when walk across my sitting room..Recently I found bugs , creepy crawly ones!! only God knows where they're from, it's realy distasteful
The clothes care room is always in a mess, filthy and the machines don't work especially the ones facing 75
Hose metal bars around the pool have devalued the property and sends some cold chills that crime and insecurity are high..I can't wait to see a better appartment and move out....

I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
