Well, I have lived here as a child for a couple of years and as an adult now. Everyone is right, the roaches are a BIG problem. My neighbor was very old and messy. His roaches were crawling from his kitchen electrical sockets into mine. How gross. When I first unplugged my microwave and saw all these raoches craw out I was disgusted. I choose to live here because you can't beat all bills paid, especially in TX in the summer. As far as crime, my car has been broken into 2 times. My 1st neighbor had his broken in over 5 times and my new neighbor actually had his stolen. Like everyone else said, if you are doing bad on the cash flow, then it is not a bad place to live. They do help you out if you are going to be late on rent, but as far as the rules and expectations, they expect you to follow all these guidelines and they WILL fine you for not complying, but for some reason they don't see the need to try to make it safer place for their residents to live. The daytime is quiet. Besides the birds cherping and some landscaping sounds (lawn mower, hedge cutters) it's great. Oh, don't live on the highway side though. You get use to the "river" (75)(always moving) afterwhile. It's only a problem when jerks come flying down the service road and make EXTRA noise at night. You get to see some pretty bad crashes too. Hey, you might even get to be on the 6 o'clock news. The office staff hasn't given me any problem. As far as maintenance, everytime I've called, they have been there within a few hours. They are raising rent, so you better lease now because the price won't be worth all the hastle of crime and the noise of unsupervised children.

I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
