I have been living at Foxmoor for almost 5 months now. It is the most disgusting place I have ever lived in my life. When I first moved in it was fine, it looked clean. Then I started noticing the roaches. First I just saw a few but now I see more and more each day. And I am a VERY clean person. They come from all the other apartments. And there is black mold everywhere. Since I have been living there I have had severe respiratory problems and I think the mold is the problem. It is Hell!! Do NOT LIVE THERE!!!!! The low cost of the apartment is not worth your health.

I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
