Living in "Joe's Apartment" and horrible neighborhood

I moved into Foxmoor 5/2005 and have regretted it ever since. I have never seen so many roaches! I have them spray my apartment every Friday and still the problem is getting worse. The neighborhood is awful, my truck got broken into after 3 weeks on a Saturday afternoon and my stereo was stolen. Now I just got notice that they are going up on the rent $40/mth and it is no longer going to be all bills paid! I moved in here because I was starting a new job and needed to live in the N. Dallas / Plano / Richardson area and the all bills paid option would allow me to budget more effectively. I was assured that the all bills paid would not change and that the rents were stable (no increases coming), they lied. I can not wait until I can get moved into my new apartment in a nicer neighborhood. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!

You are correct in stating that this place is a dump. They call themselves painting but the painters spray everything in sight without proper technique. The mgmt. or should I say KAY is rude and not very helpful. We have had problems ever since that changed people in the office. They are raising the rent but they run the sprinkler all day and everyday....rent is being raised due to lack of proper planning! They will enter your apt. without notice and maintenance is horrible. They have one bright side and that is that they have remodeled the office and the weight room but you have to sign in and we still can;t things fixed when we asked them to do so!

I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
