I lived there for about a year, We had roach problems, Noise problems. Drugs are everywhere. Kids run wild. The staff doesnt take very good care of the tenets.. Animals are left outside all day and night and ---- all over the portches.. I left because of the crime, I couldnt take it anymore. I had 6 months left on my lease and they charged me over 5600 dollars for it which is complete bs. They will screw you any way they can. They have faulty plumbing. My apartment flooded because the people next door had a giant leak. They never fixed the carpet and the procceded to charge me an arma nd a fuc*ing leg for there doing.. Needless to say.. You can find better. Go else where.. Even low-income brakets can do better. .Trust me..

I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
