I honestly don't know where to start. Ok, the roaches here are terrible, I am embarrased to bring company around for fear of a roach crawling up the wall, or my company, its starting to get so bad that they have come into my bed. It takes awhile for me to go to sleep, because every five minutes I think a roach is crawling on me. IT HORRIBLE, they are in my cabinets, even my fridge. The worst part, I am a hurricane katrina evacuee, so FEMA was paying my rent for awhile, then they stop. But I just received a letter stating that FEMA was paying my rent since november of 2006, they have been taking my rent and FEMA money at the same time. Now since I proved that to them, with documented check receipts, they are taking forever to give me my money back, they are theifs. The apartment keeps giving me the run around, I just want my money back, and find a more descent place to live, the cheap rent is not worth my sanity. Please don't move here.

if you can afford to pay your rent then why are you having FEMA pay for it?

I agree 100% Why do I have to pay for your rent? My tax dollars should go to someone who really Needs the $. How long ago was the Hurricane? Almost, two years and you STILL can't make it on your own! There are more words I can say but will not post them...I have friends that were on FEMA and got real jobs to support their families.

To the previous comments let me come burn down your house and car right now and see how long it takes you to recover. I'm not a hurricane evacuee but get real snakeeyes you would be paying your taxes regardless of who is getting the money.

I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
