I just renewed my lease because of all the wonderful changes that have happened at Foxmoor. Nicole and her team have done a terrific job getting rid of the trashy residents and keeping the good ones. I wont lie this place used to be HORRIBLE but now I am proud to call Foxmoor home. The place went down hill when they let all that New Orleans FEMA crap in. Now they are almost all gone! They have security here at night all night long patroling the apartments. I feel very safe here at Foxmoor. The manager told me they plan to keep security even though the property is safe now to keep it the way it is. Maintenacne is good to and respond quickly.

I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.
