I am a long term resident and have seen Foxmoor go through a drastic change throughout the last year. Before this new management team Foxmoor was ghetto and run down, I almost moved because of how bad it was. I can now honestly say that I love my home at Foxmoor. Last year I never thought I would have said that with everything that was going on here. The management and maintenance team really care. The manager Nicole does not play and will kick out the trouble makers and bad people (I don't think there are any left though). The first few months with the new management the property lost a lot of residents (because they were bad residents and were being kicked out). There was stuff thrown out on the curbs and everything! Foxmoor was "cleaning house". Since then the people that they have been moving in have been clean cut Americans that work and don't cause any issues.

This has to be the safest complex in Dallas now with all the security they have on property.

I suspect Angie4652 is an agent of the owners or staff. This is a BOLD LIE!!! As of MY move-in, Sept2007 Foxmoor is teaming with roaches and mold. They have new paint in the office, but so what, all the investment has been at the office and on outside surfaces. They are LIARS and they will LIE to you over and over with abandon. Bait and switch, this has GOT to be illegal!

Hey- The parking is great- as long as there are no cars on fire....( I'm serious) Just driving threw the parking lot is scary. Very old- lots of roaches- big and small. Loud. Hookers and drugs. Not safe. Almost every time I went to my car I was approched by some beat down tring to sell me boot leg dvd's or "free" cable.

This place really isn't as bad as most make it out to be. I've lived here since Dec of 2005 and I've never seen any hookers, nor drug dealers. The part of town that its in isn't exactly great, but I've never had a problem with that. The only problem that I have had is in trying to leave, I need to give 60 days notice, which makes it kind of hard to look for another apartment that far in advance.

I live across the street and I thought I had it bad at the Avondale. There is one hook that runs the street. She's an older white lady with blondish hair. I've seen work the corner at the Circuit City. I'm amazed at the parking situation there. Worse than ours.
