I have lived here for about 2 years and have made several complaints about the noise level and have just been blown off by the management. I have called about the noise literally countless times.
Also, our balcony door did not work when we moved in on October 2005 and it still doesn't lock! My continued requests for a working lock got the response that thew could not fix it. There is no excuse. We also do not have working locks on our bedroom doors.
I recommend that anyone looking for a respectable place to live, NOT look into moving here!

It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
