I have lived here for almost a year and a half and until about a month ago would have recommended the apartments to anyone my experience was great. Now with the new so called management if that is what you want to call it I have never wanted to leave more in my life. 1. they unexpectedly doubled our electric bills and blamed it on Greystar and took no responsibility what so ever. But when i called the electric company and spoke to them they said they were instructed to do so by the "new" management. I called the office and they of course denied of knowing anything about it. I left my name and number and asked them to call me when there was a resolution. After two days I never received a call so I have to call and talk to the person at MInol that manges the account for Foxmoor and he was quiet rude and told me there would be no late fees and we could pay over 2 or 3 months. Had the"new" management called me and told me it would have saved me a lot of time and stress. 2. I get one of the rude office staff coming to my door at 6 pm at night with a letter telling me I did not pay my rent and that I had till the 10Th to move out...granted this was 6pm on the 7Th of July. I go up to the office of course very upset with my receipt from my money order and they still look me and may face and tell me because they can not find that i didn't;t pay it. I was very upset about being called a lair and got a little loud and got the cops called on me. After going through their records they still could not find it. I called the next day and the lady was like we found it it was computer error it billed you twice. As if it was no big deal. I stated i wanted a written letter saying they made the mistake and she was like I don;t think we can do that. Well here is my theory on it if you can come to my door at 6 at night with an eviction notice you damn sure can write a letter saying there was a misunderstanding and the rent was paid. Oh wait but then they would have to take credit for their mistake. Further more as i am driving up to my apartment from the freeway I can see a banner in all Spanish nothing in English advertising for people to move in. I would think that if they were Americans and legal or in the process of becoming legal here then they could read and write in English. So that kind of alarms me to who or what will be moving into the complex. I am moving as soon as my lease is up with any hope they will mess up the lease agreement and make it end sooner. I CAN NOT WAIT TILL THE DAY I MOVE FROM THIS PLACE. If you enjoy being called a liar, being talked rude to, and getting unexpected doubled electric bills then consider moving here. If not please do not let the price fool you as to what you will be put through while living here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
