I moved in Oct 2007upon recommendation from a personal friend at Apartment Locators . I am proud to call this my home. (well I used to think it was great... read on!)
Nicole and her management team work hard! I wasn't even aware Foxmoor was used for FEMA at all until I looked it up. Doesn't even feel like it. All my requests have been taken care of - even little things. (Now its advenire and it sucks! Took them 3 weeks for my toilet and a month for my fridge and AC in the middle of SUMMER! AT LEAST THEY SHOULD OF CALLED ME I WOULD OF STAYED AT MY PARENTS HOUSE!)
I like how 2 times a week I hear mowers and weed eaters going keeping the grounds nice and clean. I had my truck stolen by some towing company that wasn't authorized on the property. Foxmoor reimbursed me for my problems and hired ADDITIONAL security! The pool is well maintained. The laundry facilities are everywhere so you never really have to wait for a washer/dryer. Parking is easy - lots of spaces.
(Now the security is gone. Graystar is gone. They used to be good. Now advenir fired CiCi who actually tried. No idea why they let her go. Rent went up from 419 to 439. No justification as to why - there is no new things or updates to the property. With all the good thigns gone including security, I heard a gunshot last night. I felt unsafe. Thats why I am leaving.)
You won't be sorry. Come live here - even bring your family! Lots of kids around for them to play with. You will love it here! (Now im sorry for even giving Advenire a chance! Advenir, you lost a good tenant.)

Yeah right. I live across the street and all I see is ghetto. Gangs of thugs hang around in baggy clothes and jackets in 95 degree heat checking out the cars they can break into and I see police being called at least three times a week. Possums and Racoons duke it out in the parking with all the stray cats at night and whoever looses the residents pick up and cook.
Third world hillbilly is a better name for this area. We moved here in 2005 and have had it will the Katrina and South American "immigrants".

I never see any thugs on the streets. When I take a walk, everytime time, I am greeted with a "Hello" and nice people. It is especially noticed when I walk near the Seville down the street.
The only place I know that has that problem is near Skillman/Forest Lane area. We are nowhere near there.
I should add, however, that there is a new management team that was just introduced and things have changed. They are still trying to get computer systems changed over and it takes time.
I still call this my home! All the so called "immigrants" you speak of are almost gone and those who are left, the ones at the Foxmoor I know, are clean and take care of their place. I figure you would be happier with a gated community! Don't you live in Avaondale Parc? Also, since your bashing immigrants - consider your spelling as that is how I rate you and consider who you are.
