We moved to Foxmoor in April 2007 and renewed this year on a six-month lease. Things were good and we really had no complaints other than the usual apartment stuff: annoying (sometimes dirty) neighbors and crazy parking late at night. We've only had a few maintenance issues and they were taken care of right away. The manager (Nicole) was a major B**** and so was her puppet Kylie (after she got pregnant)!

The property was always kept up-to-date: clean parking lots, good landscaping, and excellent pest control. They also did occasional inspections and routine maintenance visits. Nothing has ever come up missing from our apartment and I never felt the need to worry about it. Security patrolled every single night, I know because I always saw them when I came home from work at night.

NOW, THOUGH, THINGS ARE DIFFERENT!!

Advenir has taken over and like everyone else said, the utility bill DOUBLED! Our bill was dated from April to June and when we called Minol about it, we were told to disregard it. I refuse to pay for service twice and everyone else should do the same.

The property itself is decent and my neighbors are quiet and respectful. There is one person, though, in the next building who lets their dog CRAP on the balcony and instead of cleaning it up, they simply sweep it off the balcony onto the ground below. What a pig!

Also, there is no longer any security at night. In fact, there's no one to call except 911 when you see someone outside prying open the cable box at almost midnight!

Our 2/2 is over 900 sqft and only cost us $689/month. SO if you're looking for a good deal, then move here; otherwise, I wouldn't. Not with Advenir taking over. Its probably going to be nothing but low class idiots moving in and/or staying here.

She was an all around rude person. The only time she ever smiled was when we first visited the property and she was selling us on it. I don't feel the need to bring up every single encounter I've ever had with her in order to express my opinion about her. And YES, that's the guy I'm talking about!! We tried calling security, but was told that they don't even patrol here anymore. The cops wouldn't even bother to come out that night.

well you never brought up one example of her being a -----... what shes a ----- cause she didn't smile at you? How much trash is on the property now??? The whole place has gone to crap! Check out the crime stats on www.dallaspolice.net they have gone up like 400% since she has left. She used to be very good about patroling the property and getting rid of the crap... and your upset cause she didn't smile at you enough??? Sounds like you need a date!
