When i was in the process of signing my contract, Greystar was still the management. kylie and tera promised me no roaches and so on, pest control every week and security! they were very nice and i was excited to move in UNTIL Advenir took over as management the day i moved in! now there is no security patroling the area and i dont feel safe walking my dog at night! they claim that they are trying to get Constables to watch the area to make arrests if needed and so on but i guess we'll see what happens. but i didn't know Constables are willing to watch the apartments. All i can say is, with this poor management and a rudee assistant manager. i plan on leaving this apartment as soon as my lease is up since they refused to change it! The only one offering any help was Cici. I was so upset until she helped me, I'm glad that she helped me fix many of my problems right away. So if you do need something fixed in the apartment, talk to Cici.

Other problems are the Summer 2008 program. When i first read the flyer i thought it was a great program, then i saw how they were treating the kids! There are too many kids and not adults all i hear all day is that ------- American woman screaming at the kids! I hear her more than the kids playing and screaming. She is was too loud and has a NASSTY ATTITUDE! Thank goodness Advenir is taking away that program, so this will be the last summer! I feel sorry for the parents, they are probably at work all day and leave their childen with that horrible woman who spends more time screaming that taking care of them! Greystar had it and it was a huge mistake. That lady refuses to take the kids to the field because she is too lazy to stand in the field and HEAT and play with the kids so she's sitting on the stairways having 20 kids playing in the cramped area.

Noise is also a problem, i hear everyone's conversations all around us.

ROACHES AND RATS! they refuse to give me the # to HR after hearing about this problem. My boyfriend found a Rat and had to throw it out the front door! Nasty! then we saw more outside so keep an eye out you guys!

Landscaping and grounds keeping is not taken care of. Dirty and trash everywhere.
