This place is a dump in so many regards. It didn't appear bad during the daylight of a weekday, but nights and weekends are scary. Graystar was the original management company upon my move in. They were unresponsive and lacked any care for the community and its residents. The NEW MANAGEMENT (Advenir) is worse. They took over shortly before I moved out. They refused my deposit existed until I brought in my copy of the lease. It is two months after my move out and my utility account is not closed, even after contacting the manage and the assistant manager telling me it has been done.

Don't let "Under New Management" justify your move in. This place is only getting worse.

I agree! The new management is MUCH worse - I cannot emphasize that enough. The staff have really bad attitudes. Greystar was a bit more "politically correct" in the sense that they atleast pretended to care, and would smile and greet you. At first I cut Advenir some slack, since they were just taking over and I realized it would take them a couple of weeks to get their stuff together - but, nope! It's a headache to deal with them. And the residents --- PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES!!!! The parking lot is NOT a dumpsite! I can blame management for not having someone keep the property grounds clean, but honestly, it all starts with the residents. I guess some people like living in their own filth.

I agree. I was excited before Advenir took over. I thought it would be the saem but its not. It took them over 1 month to get my fridge fixed -I ended up contacting the Corporate Headquarters in Florida to get them to replace it. They finally did. The toilet was another story. 3 weeks to get them to replace a toilet that took 40 minutes. I filed for a termination of my lease. Approved and having to pay a bit more to get out but I foudn a place thats better near my office. For not alot more. I agree with the residents. CLEAN UP! Don't leave trash on the grounds, clean up after your pets. Its only a 5 minute job.
