Yes that's right folks. There was a shooting tonight. DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT move in here. The shooting happened only 50 feet from where I live. The victim died as well. Multiple gunshots!!! I understand that this can happen anywhere, but COME ON... Security officers would help. MAYBE..Oh and lights in the parking lots would help as well.
Don't even get me started with the maintenance problems and the lack of attention the office gives us when there is a problem.
Walls and floors are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors very clearly. I'm sure they can hear me as well.
Believe me, if I could move out of here, I would.

I actually enjoy the life-size diorama of Baghdad they have effected here at this complex. However the place has always been pockmarked by gunfire. I think a fresh coat of paint would go a long way toward freshening up the complex.
I like the idea they have about a welcome present for every new tenant. I just think an unflushed toilet isn't the way to go.
Someone has finally pioneered "wireless dial-up". These guys have really done it.
The nightly yelling matches my neighbors are holding outside my apartment are ill-timed. I have enjoyed the chronicles of Chanice and James, the young couple struggling to find love in an unforgiving world, but I could do without the more descriptive phrase "lazy meth-head -----" and the comparison of the man's privates to a Vienna sausage during my nightly prayers.

I really agree with you as far as maintenance and the lack of attention the office gives when there is a problem.

I would have to agree with your concern. When we moved in there was security on site, and after two months they were gone due to new management. When that happened they increased my electricity by over a hundred dollars and didn't want to work out a payment plan. They entered my apartment several times with no notice. I wouldn't have known they were in there if it weren't for my everyday habit of closing my closet doors. They turned off my electricity in error and I got no apology. I finally moved out at the end of my contract, left my apartment sparkling clean and still they refused to reimburse my entire deposit....so I would not recommend anyone to live there...

well I dissagree with everyone my cousin has been living there for 6 months I'm always over there and have never had any problems. my boyfriend and I will be moving in sometime next month. The only thing that bothers me are the little kids playing in theparking lot with no adult supervision and hitting the cars with the soccer balls
