I just want to say, I'm glad our old Apt. Manager Nicole Spellman is back with us. She has always been willing to help and correct any issue we've had. She is the reason why we referred four tenants to Foxmoor. I was saddened when new management had taken over, and was informed she would be leaving us. It seem like in the short time she was gone, Foxmoor rapidly declined. Crime was on the raise because on lack of security, I can't count how many apartments were broken into in that short time she was gone, including mine. Noise level increased, and people were hanging out in the parking lots late at night, and general maintenance around the complex seemed over looked. It seems now that she is back things are being handle in more of a timely manner, appearance has improved, and the late night hanging out has ceased. I feel safe again. Now we can have pride again in our apartment complex. Thank you for returning Nicole to us Foxmoor.

I dont know what side you live on that you say has improved. There is still crime,noise and they had a break in the office on june 3. They stole rent money orders mine was one of them. So everything you are saying is a lie nothing Has improved since she's back it still all the same.

I agree with Martinez, crime hasn't gone down at all. So what the old manager is back, it's not like she evicted the troublemakers. The place has become a ---- hole and its not going to be fixed overnight just because the old manager is back. She's a nice woman for sure, but she's not Marry Poppins. This place is scary, I can't wait till I'm out of here next month.

I agree with you guys. This person sounds like she is Nicole herself! Probably trying to up the ratings.... But yes, these apartments are horrible! I had no idea that they broke in the office june 3, luckily my rent didn't get taken..(i hope).. Yeah, Nicole is great, but having a good apt manager doesn't make these apartments any safer.
