Avoid ANY Westdale property.
No insulation in the walls (you can hear alarm clocks from 5 doors away).
They do nothing about noise complaints and kick residents out if they call 911 for help.
The staff parties with people all night long at the pool.
Wild drug parties EVERY weekend.

Your over reacting. People liek to drink and have a good time there. What do you expect from a loft style building in downtown with mostly 20-30 year olds living there. It definetely isnt a family friendly place! But its perfect for downtown living at a resonable price.

Really? So the coke dealer stealing all of his appliances at 3:45 AM before he was evicted (for not paying rent - his illegal drug operation was permitted for over a year) is to be expected???
