Here let me write it down for you. If you want to have a cool looking industrial loft but dont worry about electric bills noise etc go for it. I am living here for a few more months...

1) my electric bill is in access of 200 dollars a month
2) i can hear my upstairs nighbor walking in her heels
3) I can hear my upstairs neighbors dog walking and barking at all hours of the night
4) I can hear my neighbors bass when he truns on his TV
5) one part of my room is either super hot or super cold
6) the office staff doesn't like to fix things in a timely manner
7) when it rains my apartment flooded until I complained that it ruined my rug then all the sudden they fix it even though i have made strides to get them to fix it earlier
8) everybody has a dog and they like leaving messes everywhere and not picking up after it
9) the people are inconsiderate and leave trash in the hallways
10) the power went out for a day once and i almost killed myself walking down the stairs because there were no emergency lights
11) it took them 6 months to change my water filter
12) my girls car got broken into and her stereo stolen

Basically if you dont mind noise, dogs, and paying 200 bucks for electricity then this is the place for you. It looks pretty cool I am not going to lie... but I am peacing out and I don't want other people making my mistakes.
