if you don't mind being sandwiched between a loud ------- who plays their music super loud at 3 am, and a freak who will put a noise violation on you for sneezing too loud, then this is the place for you! if you don't mind rude staff who issue official notices threatening eviction, because a neighbor launches a noise complaint that is completely unverified by ANY third party, then this place is great!
there are two extreme personalities, the party guys who don't give a ----, and the uptight passive aggressive note leaving report you for sneezing types, and if you fall anywhere in the middle of that, living in futura is an exercise in grinding your teeth.
if you like being left alone and treated like an adult, this is not the place for you.
the building is nice to look at, and my loft itself is gorgeous.
appliances and fixtures are great.
so there's that.

I had the same experience at this building back in 2003-2004. I called the cops on a drunken coke party at 4 AM and I was not allowed to renew my lease.

You are both smoking crack if you think that you would not be renewed for calling the cops on a coke party. If you are so touchy about being complained on in a space that you have to share with a hundred other residents, THEN BUY A HOUSE! See what kind of crap you have to deal with then and NO ONE to help you but your lazy --- self! Oh and if you are going to be intelligent enough to post a lame --- complaint on the internet because you can't follow the rules; make sure you use spell check and proper grammer, -------!

what's your problem? i'm stating what's annoying about my situation, that i'm annoyed from both ends, by the extremely loud people, and the self elected hall cops who leave anonymous notes and have mgmt on speed dial. i think it's a reasonable complaint for a responsible person who has no desire to annoy or be annoyed. what's your reasoning in attacking me personally? i really don't see it. also, you attributed the last person's comments to BOTH of us, and that doesn't make good sense. and seriously, how many single people in their twenties own houses? that's such a childish device to use.

Accurate review.
To the OP: I'm at 3200 Main (same location, big building) and have had the same experience. Loud people on one side with a drum kit in the apt and a Silence ---- on the other that complains if I watch a movie on Saturday evening.
I can tolerate a weekend party and even a drum kit next door. But not a neighbor who complains they can hear your dishwasher. Here I am stuck in the middle.
