So-so. Some things to be expected.

I moved in with my daughter Feb '06 and it seemed like a quiet little community. There are only about 150 units, so I thought it would be fine since that's not very many people to take care of. Nicole was very nice and friendly when I signed my lease but it ends there. I was engaged at the time and every time my then-fianc would visit she would be beating on my door telling me that he couldn't stay b/c he wasn't on my lease. Yet in the lease, it clearly states that the office needs to be notified about guests staying longer than 7 days. He'd usually be there on the weekend. We were married in June and I asked to have him added to my lease and she told me no, it's not allowed. I even showed her our marriage license! I chose to let him live there anyway and about a month before my lease was up she let me add him for $20. At the end of the lease, I was forced to vacate b/c I had violated the lease agreement. All the while this happened to me the 6-person Hispanic family living in a 2-bdrm about two units away was never messed with! In the maximum occupancy rules it says that the most people who can stay in a 2-bdrm is 4. I even talked to the mom who lived there and she said they never had a problem. Otherwise, maintenance is pretty much on time. I filled out the damage inventory the day I moved in and the next day, everything was fixed. Neighbors are iffy. My husband became friends with another sort-of resident (living w/ girlfriend, not on lease), and he ended up stealing stuff from us, twice! Did Nicole do anything the first time' No. The second time she had the faceplate for the deadbolt and the door frame replaced, which cracked the first time. Upstairs were noisy and nothing ever happened w/ them. Downstairs was an elderly lady who would call the office every time she heard a step, which may have been one of the reasons that they made me vacate (they wouldn t have known about my husband if it weren t for the complaints). On the drug side, the only thing I ever actually saw going on was mary-jane and it was all pretty quiet. Even a Dallas Police Officer lived in the complex across the parking lot for me, and it was quiet enough that he didn t know about it (although there s the chance he could ve been a part of it). As for the price, I was paying $400 for about 510 square feet, so that s a pretty fair rate. But would I move back there if asked' NO. Nicole ruined it for me.

I really agree with you nicole lived there when my husband and I lived there and she didn't do anything there were kids throwing furniture in the pool and she lived right by it and didn't do a damn thing about it...they also were going to raise our rent if we renewed it from 479 to 550 but, we moved we actually counted the days til move out...and then we got a letter complaining of how we dirtyed up the apartment and damaged things...whatever! When we moved in our fridge didn't work it took them 2 weeks til we got another one..second the cabinets were hanging off and the drawers in the kitchen if u open them the face parts fall off they replaced all of them but with white cheap colored ones that didn't match at all...there were blue pen markings all over the walls in the living room and window seals and the glass sliding door was so dirty and gross looking I mean cleaner couldn't clean it up. The only thing that painted in that apartment was the closet..you can see the color difference. The police was there with the fights and drug problems 4 times in the 7 months we lived there.
