Great location but cant say much else positive. Filled with spoiled inconsiderate SMU students and recent alums making Fri and Sat eves unbearable. Rents are over market, so I found out after signing a 12 mo lease. Maintenance staff is OK, but as others have said, elevators are frequently out and garage gate inoperable for weeks at a time, leaving the entire building vulnerable to thiefs. Complaints are receive with a friendly smile, then nothing is done. If you want to rent in Uptown, there are lots of other options I would check out first.
