been living here for about a year now and can honestly say the whole experience has been great, fast working elevators, responsive staff, clean hallways. I never hear loud music from neighbors nor do I ever feel unsafe in the building. The only objection that I have is they limit your guest count for use of the roof top amenties deck, which is absurb cause why have all that up there if you can't host friends and family for bbqs and summer activities.

Hi guys I'm considering moving to the Gables tower sometime soon and was wondering if you are still happy with living there or if I need to looks somewhere else. Thank you in advance

I'm still liking it. They seem to have cleaned things up a bit recently. Elevators are running pretty consistently, a bit slower but well worth the reliability. Also they started locking the pool area down about 1-2am, so it's not near as crazy as i've seen it in the past. There was/is a car in the parking garage that had it's wheels stolen. Not really sure how that happened with the locked garage and cameras, but that's the only crime i've seen or heard about in the building in 2 years. I prob will move elsewhere when my lease is up just to be closer to work and try something new, otherwise i'd stay another year.
